Don E. Miller was elected as the Gulf area executive presbyter in August 2019. He has served as the Southern Missouri district superintendent since 2011.
Miller began ministry in the Southern Missouri District at the age of 16. He served as a youth minister in Ozark and then youth and children’s pastor in Bolivar. Miller, and his wife, Vicki, then assumed the lead pastor role at Ash Grove Assembly of God, where they pastored for 25 years until his election to district superintendent. He has served in various sectional and district leadership roles throughout his ministry, including district youth secretary, assistant district Christian education director, presbyter, and executive presbyter.
Miller is a graduate of Central Bible College and holds a Master of Organizational Leadership from Evangel University.
