COGIC Recommends Safeguards for Churches

In the month since the landmark Supreme Court ruling which legalized same-sex marriage in all 50 states, legal experts are still grappling with the far-reaching implications it could have for churches and faith-based organizations.

This week, the Church of God in Christ (COGIC) released a memorandum to provide guidance to their churches and clergy regarding the June 26 ruling of the United States Supreme Court.
