EveryONE25 Conference for Boys and Girls Ministries Leaders Coming in March

The EveryONE25 Conference takes place March 20-22 on the Evangel University campus in Springfield, Missouri.
Church ministry leaders, volunteers, and others who value the importance of gender-specific ministries is the focus of the EveryONE25 Conference to be held March 20-22 on the campus of Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri.

Bringing together the National Boys Ministries and National Girls Ministries of the Assemblies of God, the EveryONE25 Conference is designed to prepare and equip those who lead or volunteer with boys or girls programs with the inspiration, knowledge, and tools that result in lasting impacts on young lives. Through key speakers, workshops, and interaction with other leaders, the conference will guide attendees in effective methods of providing children with a clear vision of whom God created them to be and a reliable pathway for getting there.

“We’re focusing on relational discipleship,” states Karl Fleig, Royal Rangers national director. “By bringing together boys and girls ministry workers, we can learn from each other in effectively ministering to combined groups. However, we will also take away some new ideas that will strengthen our gender-specific ministries such as Royal Rangers, girls Mpact Clubs, and Teen Girls.”

Kim Sharp, national director of Girls Ministries, agrees, noting that there has never been a greater need for communication, clarity, and application of biblical truths and principles when it comes to effective gender ministry.

“There are so many false narratives surrounding gender-identity,” observes Sharp. “The resulting confusion in the gender arena alone — along with so many other issues confronting children — makes gender-specific ministry essential.”

“The EveryONE25 Conference is a rare opportunity for boys and girls ministry workers to learn from experts who have a Pentecostal worldview on children’s ministry,” Sharp continues, “while also providing the unique opportunity to exchange ideas with their peers from ‘across the aisle’ on ways to further establish the next generation in the truths of God’s Word and experience the power of the Spirit in their lives.”

Speakers for EveryONE25 will include General Superintendent Doug Clay, Assistant General Superintendent Rick DuBose, as well as other ministry and leadership training experts.

“These speakers have decades of experience in ministering to young people and children,” Fleig says. “And through their interaction with leaders from throughout the country and even from other parts of the world, they will bring fresh vision and renewed inspiration to leaders wanting to see the future of their church on fire for God.”

Workshops, shared training, and special activities to participate in are also part of the EveryONE25 Conference. Convoy of Hope’s Women Empowerment will be providing and hosting a women’s luncheon on Friday, that also includes Girls Ministries training sessions and a compassion project. Men will have activities at Evangel University on Friday afternoon. Registration runs through Feb. 28. Registration after Feb. 28, including on-site registration, will be available at additional cost.

“I believe everyone with a passion to see boys and girls live a life confident in God’s love and purpose for them — now and in the future — should find a way to be a part of the EveryONE25 Conference,” Sharp says.
